Junk Removal And Hauling provides junk removal, hauling and related services in San Diego County, as described on the website. These include junk hauling and removal, clean outs, dumpster and dump trailer rental, demolition, grading and excavating, dump truck hauling and labor-only help.

Whether we can take on a particular job depends on service availability, safe access to the property and items, legal disposal and transport restrictions, the type of items, the scope of the job, crew and equipment capacity, and whether the location is within our service area. A description of a service on the website does not mean it is available for every job or date.

3. Estimates and Pricing

• Estimates depend on the scope of the job, including the volume and type of items or materials, their weight, the labor involved, access to the items, travel distance, disposal requirements and other relevant factors.
• Prices, price ranges and examples on the website are general information. They are not a binding quote and may not reflect the price for your job. Some pages show national or industry price ranges that are labeled as reference information; these are not our prices.
• Your price should be confirmed with us before service begins.
• If the job turns out to be different from what was described, for example more items, different materials or more difficult access, the price may change. We will explain any change before continuing the work.

Payment

We accept cash and credit or debit cards. Payment is due at completion of the service.

4. Scheduling and Access

• Please give us accurate information about the job, the location and how to reach the items.
• Make sure our crew can reach the items safely and legally, including any parking, gate, building or elevator access the job requires.
• Only request service for property you own or are authorized to arrange service for, and make sure someone authorized can be reached if questions come up during the job.

Arrival times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather and other circumstances.

5. Items and Materials

We may decline hazardous, regulated, unsafe or otherwise restricted materials. Please ask us about unusual items before scheduling.

Before the crew starts loading, please set aside anything you want to keep.

6. Customer Responsibilities

When you request or schedule a service, you are responsible for:

• giving us accurate information about the job;
• having the legal right to have the items removed and disposed of, or authorization from the person who does;
• providing safe access to the work area;
• telling us about hazards we should know about, such as sharp objects, chemicals, mold, pests, unstable structures, or underground utilities where digging, grading or demolition is involved; and
• following any instructions we give you for rented equipment.

7. Dump Trailer Rentals

Dump trailer rentals include the following terms:

• A 3-ton limit is included; additional tons are $95 per ton.
• Additional days are $10 per day.
• Tax is not included.
• Mileage surcharges may apply for jobs more than 30 miles from our base of operations.

Other details of your rental, such as the rental period and placement, are confirmed when you book. Pages on our website that discuss dumpster sizes are general information; they do not mean that a particular dumpster size or type is available.

As the renter, you are responsible for using the equipment as instructed, not exceeding its weight or fill limits, keeping prohibited materials out of it, and making sure you have permission to place it where it will be located.
