We price junk removal by how much space your items take up in our 16-foot box truck, and dumping fees are included. You get an upfront price on site before any work starts, and the more we take, the less you pay per volume.
How We Price Junk Removal
You pay less per volume the more we take. Your price is based on how much space your items take up in our truck, and dumping fees are included. We handle everything; just tell us what you want removed and we take care of the rest.
When our crew arrives, they look at everything you want hauled away and confirm your final price before any work starts. If there are more items than were included in the original estimate, the price may change, and we’ll tell you why. Once everything is loaded, we sweep the work area.
We arrive with a 16-foot box truck, which is larger than the 12-foot trucks many haulers use, so you get more space in each load. We are a family-owned business serving San Diego since 2001.
Renting a dump trailer instead?
- 3-ton limit included; additional tons are $95 per ton
- Additional days are $10 per day
- Tax not included
- Mileage surcharges may apply for jobs more than 30 miles from our base of operations
What Can Add to the Price
Our prices stay the same for standard loads, but we may charge an extra fee if:
- We need to transport stuff up or down a stairwell or a narrow passageway.
- There are no bags or boxes ready to remove little items, garbage, or building waste. Or if we need to disassemble or demolish anything before moving it.
- We must move objects that are extremely heavy or difficult to move, such as commercial refrigeration, workout equipment, a piano, or a hot tub.
Heavy Materials
Dense materials such as dirt, concrete, tile and sand are not included in our standard volume pricing because they are extremely heavy. Ask us for a quote for these materials, or consider a dump trailer rental.
Items We Typically Can’t Take
- Car fluids such as oil, gasoline and antifreeze
- Biohazardous materials
- Pesticides and herbicides
- Wet paint
- Pressurized containers

We recycle as much as we can by hand-sorting your discarded items at our warehouse, then taking materials to the right recycling and donation sites, keeping as much as possible out of the landfill.
