- There are no bags or boxes ready to remove little items, garbage, or building waste. Or if we need to disassemble or demolish anything before moving it.
- We must move objects that are extremely heavy or difficult to move, such as commercial refrigeration, workout equipment, a piano, or a hot tub.

How We Price Our Removal Services
You pay less per volume the more we take. Using the junk removal simulation above, you can figure out how much we can fit in our vehicles and how much it will cost. Dumping fees are included in the price. We handle everything; all you have to do is tell us what you want to be removed, and we’ll take care of the rest.
We may need to change the original estimate in some scenarios, and here’s why. There could be more items not included in the original estimate. When the pros come on-site, they will go through all your belongings and give you a final quotation for hauling everything away. As a token of our appreciation for your trust in us, we always sweep the work area.
We arrive with a 16-foot box truck, which is significantly larger than the industry standard of 12 feet. Yes, you pay far less for significantly more space in our truck. We are a family-owned and operated business with over ten years of experience. Our objective is to recycle and donate as much as possible so that you can be assured that your unwanted items are going to good homes.
Junk Removal And Hauling removes bulky items for a variety of NGOs, local schools, realtors, and building companies.
